You need to:
– Notify your Rental Office
– Report break-ins to local police
– File your claim in the form below, or call 877-417-8673,  Ext. 4
– Take clear color photos of all damaged valuables
– Retain damaged lock if applicable
– Retain damaged valuables
– Protect valuables from further damage

Insurance Carrier will:
– Provide documents (by e-mail or by mail) for you to complete, sign, and return, if needed
– Confirm loss reported
– Send an adjuster for catastrophic losses
– Process claim promptly

SUbmit your claims electronically below

2. Attach a copy of the Police/Fire Department Report, newspaper clipping, or other document verifying incident causing loss.
3. Attach a photograph of the damaged property, if available.
4. Attach any receipts, if available.
